This edition of VXR asks what happens between human intention and machine response. How are emerging technologies reshaping our identities, bodies, relationships and societies? Who gets represented, who gets erased, and how do gender, culture and power shape the systems we create? What are the environmental costs of our digital futures, and how might technology help us imagine new relationships with the climate, ecology and the more-than-human world?
